Leadership Development and Knowledge Transfer

Abstract
This article provides an applied leadership learning
framework to support future leadership development and
knowledge transfer in the Canadian Forces. The conceptual
framework would support and engender an
adaptive learning organizational culture that leverages
investment in human capital to support global operational
needs. The paper responds to the requirements
for future leadership development and learning process
for renewal, retention and readiness. The authors’ research
and learning process has been instrumental in
developing the innovative distance MA Leadership program
at the University of Guelph
